Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load/unload trucks, pull materials, and maintain accurate inventory records in a fast-paced Burleson, TX facility. You will operate a standup forklift, comply with GMPs and safety guidelines, and support cycle counts and material handling across receiving through shipping.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, ability to work in freezer/cold/hot or wet environments for 8–10 hours, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent.
• Stand, stoop, climb and bend for periods of time.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in freezer, cold, hot and/or wet environment for 8–10 hour shifts.
• Basic literacy and math skills.
• Forklift experience of 1+ years.
• Warehouse experience of 5+ years.
• Certification/training in Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack.
• Allergen Training.
• May require HACCP and Lock Out Tag Out training.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Print picklist daily for scheduled production and verify material availability.
• Use picklist to locate, document, and pull materials from warehouse to production line.
• Return materials to warehouse and document quantities and locations.
• Put away finished product in warehouse bin locations and record quantities and locations in a 5-level warehouse.
• Notify management when space is insufficient for storage or put-away.
• Operate standup forklift safely without damaging products or equipment.
• Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Inspect material handling equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Adhere to plant GMPs and safety guidelines.
