AtWork! Harrisonburg is hiring 2 Material Handlers for a busy beverage distribution facility. This full-time, second-shift role prepares customer orders, loads delivery trucks, and keeps the warehouse running smoothly.

You will work Monday–Friday with a start time of 12:00 PM and flexible end times, typically around 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, averaging about 40 hours per week. The job is physical and requires lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be able to frequently lift and move products up to 25 lbs.
• Stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Bend, reach, push and pull repeatedly.
• Work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures.
• Remain active throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Build and prepare sales orders for delivery
• Load beverage products onto delivery trucks
• Follow truck load plans and maintain accurate product counts
• Stage and organize products for outgoing routes
• Unload incoming product from delivery trucks
• Operate an electric pallet jack and other warehouse equipment as trained
• Operate warehouse handheld scanners
• Inspect and handle damaged product
• Perform truck sweeps and keep trucks/warehouse clean
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and food-safety guidelines
• Keep the warehouse organized and ready for daily operations

Pay: $16.50/hour Schedule: Monday– Friday | 12: 00 PM until work is completed (7 PM, 8PM OR EVEN 9PM) Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week and could be more! Openings: 2 Shift: Second Shift AtWork Personnel – Harrisonburg is hiring 2 Material Handlers for a busy beverage distribution facility. This is an active, fast-paced warehouse position responsible for preparing customer orders and loading delivery trucks. If you like staying busy and don' t want to stand around watching the clock, this could be a great fit!

WHAT YOU' LL DO

• Build and prepare sales orders for delivery
• Load beverage products onto delivery trucks
• Follow established truck load plans and maintain accurate product counts
• Stage and organize products for outgoing routes
• Unload incoming product from delivery trucks
• Operate an electric pallet jack and other warehouse equipment as trained and authorized
• Operate warehouse handheld scanners
• Inspect and appropriately handle damaged product

THIS JOB IS PHYSICAL!

This position requires repetitive lifting and movement throughout the entire shift.

Candidates must be able to:

• Safely perform repetitive warehouse and loading tasks

SCHEDULE

Monday– Friday Start Time: 12: 00 PM There is no guaranteed end time. The team works until all orders are completed and the trucks are loaded and ready to go. Candidates MUST have flexible evening availability. Depending on the day' s workload, you may finish around 7: 00 PM on some days, while other days may run until approximately 9: 00– 10: 00 PM. Approximately 40 hours per week.
