Resource Options, Inc. seeks workers to operate equipment reclaim mercury from fluorescent lamp phosphor powder, mercury-containing devices, batteries, and other wastes. The role involves maintaining and cleaning equipment, and daily paperwork completion.
Candidates should be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds (occasional 75 pounds) and using hand carts or pallet jacks. Basic chemistry knowledge is beneficial and prior waste recycling experience is a plus.
Operates equipment to reclaim mercury from various wastes including fluorescent lamp phosphor powder, mercury-containing devices, batteries, and other wastes. Maintains and cleans equipment used to reclaim mercury. Cleans area as required and completes all required paperwork on a daily basis.
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.
