• Ability to perform repetitive physical work, including lifting, stacking, and moving lumber.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Receive cut lumber from the saw process.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure cutting accuracy.
• Safely stack lumber onto pallets, dunnage, or carts.
• Band and tag completed material for processing and shipment.
• Conduct continuous quality checks throughout the production process.
• Participate in daily stretch-and-flex exercises before beginning work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report equipment issues or product defects to the Saw Foreman.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including:
• Close-toed work boots
• Safety glasses
• Ear plugs
• Rubber palm gloves
• Comply with OSHA regulations and workplace safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Saw Foreman.
