Job summary

Momentum Manufacturing Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving and delivering raw materials. The role supports the product distribution channel and involves ERP data entry, material staging, and packaging for shipment.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, cycle counts, and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment. The position requires basic computer skills and the ability to work extended hours, including some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Receive raw material by entering transactions into ERP and deliver to staging areas.
• Package parts for shipment to customers.
• Arrange pick up by the carrier specified on the purchase order.
• Transfer scrap material to scrap bins as required.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Assist in weekly/monthly/quarterly cycle counts.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Keep a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and regulations.
• Work with all departments to support the business and maintain positive relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Responsible for receiving raw material by entering transactions into ERP system and delivering material to staging areas.
• Packages parts carefully in protective wrap for shipment to customers.
• Responsible for making arrangements for pick up by the carrier specified on the customer’s purchase order.
• Responsible for transferring scrap material to the scrap bins as required.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Assist in weekly/monthly/quarterly cycle counts.
• Operates lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Work closely with all departments in a manner that supports the business and encourages and builds a positive relationship.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.
• Maintain neat, clean and orderly warehouse appearance.
• Ability to work extended hours/over-time as needed as well as some Saturdays.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Conform to all quality and safety procedures.
• Required to operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.

Education, Experience And/or Skills Required

Work Environment

This position operates in both office and manufacturing floor environments. Exposure to noise, machinery, temperature variation, and industrial conditions may occur when accessing plant areas.
