Job summary

TJN Enterprises, Inc. in Spencer, IA is hiring a General Labor Production / Material Sorter for Monday–Friday, on-site with training and competitive pay. Work involves sorting scrap metal, loading and unloading materials, and operating related equipment in a safe environment.

Ideal candidates will be reliable, able to lift up to 60 pounds, comfortable outdoors in seasonal conditions, and capable of handling dusty environments. Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sorting / separating scrap metal materials by hand or with equipment.

• Minor repairs to processing equipment when necessary.
• Heavy lifting.
• Other duties as assigned including sweeping and cleaning work area.
