CAT I MANUFACTURING INC. seeks a Receiving Clerk to ensure materials flow, inventory accuracy, and department readiness. This hands-on role sits on the dock and in the mezzanine, logging materials, pulling and delivering orders, and maintaining stock levels.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and ERP familiarity. Forklift certified professionals are preferred and safety is emphasized throughout daily routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–3 years of warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills and ERP experience.
• Good communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and log into the database.
• Pull orders from tickets and deliver to departments.
• Update inventory stock levels accurately and consistently.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing product quality and report defects.
• Maintain stock and merchandise in mezzanine; conduct audits.
• Operate forklifts safely with certification maintained.

You'll receive incoming materials from suppliers, log them into our system, pull and deliver orders, and make sure our inventory numbers always tell the truth.
