Job summary

Specialty Building Products seeks a Material Handler to join our SBP team in Rhode Island. You will load, unload, sort, stage, and move products within the warehouse, using a handheld scanner and forklift as needed.

• Manually pick and stage correct warehouse items at the loading dock location
• Use of hand-held scanner to locate items and move them to appropriate dock door
• Move damaged or non-conforming items to the area for reclaim or RTV
• Use of a forklift and order picker will be required
• Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards
• Meet standards for quality by inspecting product as pulled and/or loaded
• Assure proper housekeeping and organization on the loading dock and warehouse aisles
• Strive to meet team efficiencies for items pulled without compromising accuracy
• May be required to assist in unloading or loading trucks when necessary

Reeb Millwork, an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a Material Handler to join our VALUES based organization. Responsible, at various points, for loading, unloading, sorting, staging, transporting and otherwise handling products that come into and move out of the warehouse.

Starting pay salary $19.50-$21/HR, based on experience.
