Job summary

Henkel in Salisbury, NC seeks an operator for our Adhesive Technologies unit to run production equipment safely and ensure quality. You will set up machinery, monitor output, and keep precise daily production records for performance analysis.

Candidate should have a HSD/GED, be able to load/unload materials, manage inventory, and comply with PPE and hazardous material handling standards. This role offers solid benefits and opportunities for growth.

What You´ll Do
  • Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
  • Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
  • Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
  • Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed

The hourly pay rate for this role is $22.00.

This rate reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
