Job summary

Van-Am Tool & Engineering LLC in St. Joseph, MO is seeking dedicated Material Handler – CDL Drivers to join our manufacturing team. You will prepare materials and equipment for delivery, assist with inventory, and help maintain a safe, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a Material Handler in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate various types of forklifts.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from vehicles, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
• Perform material handling tasks, including organizing, labeling, and maintaining inventory.

Van-Am Tool & Engineering is a custom manufacturer in St. Joseph, MO. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and skilled CDL Drivers - Materials Handlers to join our team.

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely preparing materials, equipment and various products for delivery, while also assisting with inventory management tasks within our facility. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Four Day Work Week: 5:00AM - 3:30PM, M-Th

Three Day Work Week: 5:00AM - 5:30PM, F-Su

(11% Shift Differential)
