• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate material movement records.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures for material handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and labeling.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Identify and report issues with materials, equipment, or safety concerns.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Cross-train in other warehouse/production areas as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and lift


• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion


• Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment in varying temperatures and environments


• Specific vision requirements include close, distance, color, and depth perception


• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed
