Position Overview:

Asa Material Handler , youreamember ofan assigned production crew, reporting tothe Plant Warehouse Supervisor.You willcontribute to the success of Ball byobservingoperating principles of all assigned equipment and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area of responsibility.

YourKey ResponsibilitiesInclude:

• Follow all5S standards and jobsafety practices and policies including but not limited to food safety; personal protective equipment; emergency procedures, etc.

• Operate forklift and coordinate products including raw materials, scrap, finished goods, packaging materials, chemicals, and other supplies.

• Effectively communicate with vendors, delivery drivers, and customers.

• Inspect aluminium for proper quality standards and customer specifications.

• Build positive relationships across designated team by effectively collaborating,

• communicating, and upholding ethical integrity.

RequiredExperience & Skills:

• High School Diplomaor education equivalent.

• 1 year of work experience in an industrial environment.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• 3 or more years ofoperation and maintenance of forklift.

• Working knowledge of proper hazardous waste management.

• Experience using JD Edwards, AS900, or similar warehouse or ERP system.

Physical Environment & Working Conditions:

• May be subjecttoallofthe following, but not limited to:

• Hot/Cold working conditions.

• Loud /Noisy environment.

• Standing and walking forprolonged periodsof time.

• Climbing (stairs,catwalks, and other equipment as necessary).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Expected Hiring Salary Range:$27.37/h

• This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
