Job description

Overview

Material Handler role at Donatech Corporation. The candidate will ensure production flow by moving materials for production use, provide accurate inventory transactions for materials placed into storage or transferred to the production line, and work in a moderate to fast-paced environment with adherence to established quality levels and timelines. This position reports to the department manager or the respective group/line leader for assignments and assistance.

Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required.

Material Handler is responsible for ensuring that production flow continues uninterrupted by moving materials for production use. The job requires accurate inventory transactions for materials placed into storage and/or transferred to the production line. The work is performed in a moderate to fast-paced environment, is repetitive in nature, and requires strict adherence to established quality levels while completing within the allotted timeframe and workspace. This position reports directly to the department manager or the respective group/line leader for assignments and assistance.

Ability to read and understand work documents and to communicate information clearly to coworkers and manager, and to accurately provide the information requested on specific forms, reports, and logs. ERP experience, preferably Oracle, and cycle counting experience. Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand the work processes. Ability to use both hands for manipulating, handling, and inspecting items. May be required to move, pull, lift, and horizontally transfer product weighing up to 50 pounds unaided.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or stockroom environment and/or technical schooling in related areas, and/or any approved equivalent combination of experience, technical training, and/or education. High School Diploma.
