Base pay range

$12.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Position requires the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Accurately stage, store, and deliver raw materials, parts, and finished goods within the warehouse or production areas.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Pull and issue materials to production lines based on work orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Package, label, and prepare products for outbound shipment, ensuring compliance with shipping instructions and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas following 5S/lean practices.
• Identify and report material shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and supply chain operations.
