Job summary

Total Talent Solutions in Pharr, TX is hiring a Material Handler to move and store materials, operate sit-down forklifts, and support warehouse operations on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM). You will help ensure inventory flows smoothly and that shipments are prepared accurately.

Qualified candidates have forklift experience, basic math and good communication, and a safety-minded approach. The role offers weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Verified sit-down forklift experience required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform material handling tasks.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and store raw materials and finished goods.
• Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials between docks, trucks, and warehouse storage areas.
• Review incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Secure loads using straps and protective materials.
• Organize pallets, drums, skids, and warehouse inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking.
• Follow OSHA guidelines, safety procedures, and warehouse SOPs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
