Job Description

• Ensure smooth transport and picking processes
• Independently load and unload trucks using industrial trucks (forklifts, hand pallet trucks, electric pallet trucks)
• Pack goods for shipment, stretch, and store
• Conduct recycling and waste disposal tasks
• Inspect incoming goods for damage, completeness, and documentation
• Ensure proper goods labeling (applying labels, storing, etc.)
• Load finished goods according to picking lists
• Report loading damages to responsible parties
• Support inventory management and stocktaking as instructed

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of production processes
• Expertise in warehouse management and logistics
• Familiarity with safety regulations
• Proficient in IT skills (ERP software, MES, MS Office)
• Performance-driven and motivated
• Ability to identify and assess risks
• Process management skills
• Valid forklift license and experience in operating industrial trucks
• Strong quality awareness
• Well-founded IT user knowledge (ERP, MES, MS Office)
