Job summary

Grimco Owensville, AR is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to support manufacturing lines, move material, and transport finished goods to inventory and shipping. You will operate a forklift and help keep production flowing in a fast-paced environment.

Required are 1–10 years of warehouse experience, WMS/MS Office familiarity, forklift expertise, and a valid background check with a drug screen. Reliable transportation and at least Monday–Friday, 8‑hour shifts, with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of WMS, printing ticket orders, MS Office suite, email, internet navigation.
• Recent forklift experience required.
• Willing to complete a criminal background check.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.

• Reliable transportation to and from work is a must.

Responsibilities

Immediate opening. Full-Time Employment Status. This position requires an 8-hour workday, Monday – Friday (day shift). Additional hours and/or days based on demand. Hours are not flexible – schedule is set.

Physical Demands

• Requires the ability to lift, push, pull and carry tools and warehouse materials weighing 50+ pounds on a frequent basis.
• Requires prolonged standing or walking and frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily.
• Requires the ability to climb ladders to pick or put away products.
• Requires a full range of physical motion to operate manual and electrically powered tools and machines (i.e., forklift).
