Job summary

Grimco, Inc. in Akron is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to support daily operations in our manufacturing facility. You will pick and pack orders, load and unload with a forklift, stock inventory, and handle shipping/receiving using RF scanners and a warehouse management system (WMS).

The role requires maintaining accurate records, collaborating with couriers, and keeping the warehouse organized. Opportunities for overtime and potential supervisory duties exist as you grow with Grimco.

Qualifications

• 1-10 years of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of WMS, printing ticket orders, MS Office suite, email, internet navigation.
• Be willing to complete a criminal background check.

• Interest in growing with Grimco – potential overtime hours, and supervisory duties in the future.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders.
• Load and unload delivery trucks by hand as well as a forklift.

Immediate opening. Full-time employment status. This position requires an 8-hour workday, Monday-Friday (day shift). Additional hours and/or days based on demand. Hours are not flexible – schedule is set.
