A leading provider of business and technology services is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Orlando, FL. This role involves ensuring safety and compliance in warehouse operations, handling material management tasks, and maintaining inventory accuracy. *Description*
Ensures that the local SSO warehouse is a safe, organized, and secure facility and takes immediate corrective action necessary to regain compliance when defaults are found.
Maintains safety practices in the warehouse, wears 100% PPE, and ensures zero harm.
Completes daily, weekly, and monthly material handling tasks such as:
Checks all orders to ensure accuracy.
Stages parts in the correct warehouse locations.
Pulls and packs materials.
Communicates with freight carriers regarding daily bills of lading.
Prepares shipping documents as necessary.
Performs general warehouse duties including housekeeping, stocking, safety, and maintenance.
Follows up with vendors and procurement on parts status and ETA.
Updates Installation Portal with the part status.
Looks for parts availability in other branches to meet customer expectations.
Conducts special projects such as physical inventories, cycle counts, and rightsizing.
Reviews supply chain reports and completes transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be specific to elections, plans, or programs. If eligible, benefits may include:
