Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Orlando, FL. Interested? Here's what you'd do:

1. Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software.
2. Possess basic technical certification, hardware repair skills, component-level knowledge, operation systems (Windows, Unix/Linux), and troubleshooting techniques.
3. Install and configure network devices (e.g., network printers, scanners, plotters, PCs), troubleshoot network printing and scanning issues, and perform data termination/activation in telecommunication closets.

Assist in relocating customer employees within the facility, troubleshoot network issues with PCs and LAN, demonstrate excellent customer service, and set up and configure PCs.
