Material Handler (Monroe, Ohio)
This is an hourly, full-time position.

Position Summary:
The Material Handler at Alfrebro LLC in Monroe, Ohio, reports to the Logistics Manager. The role involves custom packaging, preparing materials for shipment, receiving materials, and assisting with storage and inventory control across the site. All related tasks as directed.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Schedule, plan, and prepare orders for delivery:
   • Verify product and customer information
   • Print labels and select transport modes based on provided information
   • Choose carriers according to order or routing needs
2. Pull stock from warehouse and other locations to fulfill delivery requirements
3. Use computer systems to plan shipments, manage inventory, and generate necessary documentation
4. Dispense materials into containers based on quantity and volume calculations, following provided procedures:

• Determine container capacity and volume using formulas for custom pack sizes
• Create finished packages, including marking and labeling according to regulations

Package, mark, label, and prepare shipments in compliance with federal and international regulations, including hazardous materials handling certification

Assist in creating training and support documentation as needed

Load and unload trucks, check shipments against documents

Pull samples for quality control and document actions

Train lower-level staff

Maintain warehouse and plant cleanliness to meet GMP and safety standards

ADM requires successful completion of a background check.

Pay rate is expected to be $21.00/hour, with variations based on experience and market factors. Overtime pay applies for qualifying hours.

Employees are in an at-will position, with the company reserving the right to modify pay and benefits.
