Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a warehouse associate to manage the flow of materials and products in our manufacturing areas. You will load/unload materials, read schedules, and ensure timely delivery to production while operating lifting equipment and maintaining accurate computer records.

This onsite role requires a High School Diploma or GED and offers benefits including medical/dental/vision coverage, HSAs/FSAs, PTO, a 401k with company match, life/AD&D, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Overhead hoist or crane experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sort, organize, and maintain packing and boxing inventory.
• Operate lift equipment (fork truck, order picker, reach truck).
• Read production schedule and deliver correct parts or raw material to production or shipping.
• Stage parts and finished products in correct storage area in warehouse.
• Keep up with all material transactions in the computer system.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Assist production with prompt removal of scrap.
• Performs daily required lift truck inspection.
• Report mechanical or safety issues to management promptly.

Job description

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Position Summary

Under direct supervision, handles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines and to ensure material availability and deliver when needed to meet production schedules. Loads and unloads material within a warehouse or storage facility. Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material.
