Prism Plastics, Inc. in Meadville, PA is seeking a Material Handler to supply and maintain materials for our plastics manufacturing and assembly environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring material levels, removing finished goods from the pressroom, stocking supplies, and helping maintain a safe, clean work area. Essential functions include material stocking for production runs, documenting inventory changes, knowing raw material locations and specs, equipment cleaning, and forklift

• Accurately documents changes in material inventories and finished goods according to company policy/ procedure.
• Has, acquires and maintains knowledge of proper locations, mixing basics and specifications of raw materials and supplies needed for production runs.
• Cleans and stores auxiliary equipment according to manufacturer’s directions/ company policy.
• Maintains and operates fork lifts according to company policy.

Position Summary:

The material handler supplies and maintains job specific material in our plastics manufacturing and assembly environment in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monitoring material levels at each press, removing finished goods from pressroom, stocking supplies, and helping to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• 2nd shift 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Meadville, PA 16335: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
