Now hiring for a Material Handler
Location: Manor, TX
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
Schedule:

  • 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Weekend Shifts Available Wednesday – Sunday

Training will take place (1st Day | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) and 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM the remainder of the week.

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word.

Experience Requirements
  • No previous experience required; training provided.
  • Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus.
  • Experience with data entry, inventory management, quality inspections, or documentation support is beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
  • Capable of occasionally lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds.
  • Able to work safely around manufacturing equipment and moderate noise levels.
  • Strong visual attention to detail for inspections, labeling, and quality checks.

Job Duties
  • Clean, label, and package gas lines according to quality and customer specifications.
  • Perform leak testing and quality verification of weldments and manufactured components.
  • Conduct inventory counts, audits, and part tracking activities.
  • Complete Type 1 Chemical Cleaning (alkaline wash) processes as required.
  • Restock Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) materials to maintain production readiness.
  • Print, organize, file, and maintain manufacturing records and production documentation.
  • Accurately enter and update production, inventory, and quality data in company systems.
  • Support weld shop operations and continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
