Job summary

Stryten Energy in Manchester, IA is seeking a Materials Handler to move materials within the plant and support production. The role requires forklift operation and the ability to perform daily housekeeping and safety tasks.

Shifts are 1st and 2nd; starting pay is $22.40 per hour, with weekly pay and bonus opportunities including gainshare, quarterly attendance bonuses, and production bonuses; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Overview

Stryten Energy has openings for Materials Handlers at our facility in Manchester, Iowa.

Starting pay is $22.40 per hour

1st and 2nd Shift

Must be able to operate forklifts.

This position is responsible for the movement of all material within the plant.

Bonus Opportunities Available!

• Gainshare Bonus - hourly associates have the potential to earn up to 10% of their gross monthly pay; potentially $300 per month !

• Quarterly Attendance Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to $600 each quarter ; just for showing up to work your scheduled hours!

• Production Bonus - associates have the potential to earn monthly bonuses based on the plant hitting production goals; potentially $50 per month and more!

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

• Continuous operation of forklift and getting on and off to perform required job duties.

• Occasionally required to work in extreme environmental conditions (hot, cold, humid)

• Must wear personal protective equipment such as gloves, apron, respirator, if required by individual blood lead, safety glasses, and steel toed shoes, hearing protection, etc., as outlined in established department personal protective equipment (PPE) policy.

• Must be able to do some heavy lifting.

• Previous manufacturing or related experience a plus

• High School degreepreferred; National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) Bronze preferred
