Job summary

Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. is seeking a material handler for 2nd shift (4:30pm-3:00am) in Minnesota. Duties include unloading, stacking, and loading materials using manual methods or hoist-attached devices.

The role requires following safe procedures and operating an electronic scanner to track materials. Candidates should be able to work under time pressure, communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates, and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Must travel < 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Unload and stack material using lifting devices or manual handling.
• Load parts from racks and transport to pallets or carts.
• Follow established routes to load kit carts and load parts from the paint line.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and work in compliance with safety rules.
• Operate electronic scanner to transact material as needed.
• Maintain clean aisles and assist in training others when requested.

Operation of sit down, stand up, and high - reach lifts2nd Shift: 4:30pm-3:00am (Mon-Thur) Potential for mandatory OT on FridaysPay Scale: $20.50-$29.57 DOERole & Responsibility

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device attached to hoist.
• Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids or lifting device by hand as needed.
• Loads parts manually from racks, tubs, and/or bins in warehouse to trays or racks kit carts.
• Follows set route through department to load kit carts.
• Loads and unloads parts manually from paint line.
• Maintains safety checks on necessary equipment.
• Performs duties in a safe, efficient manner in compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Uses electronic scanner to transact material as needed.

OTHER DUTIES:

• Keeps aisles clean and orderly.
• Assists in the instruction and training of others as requested by supervisor.
• Completes preventative maintenance and other duties as directed by Total Production Maintenance.
• Perform other non-essential duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirement

• Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly.
• Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent Allow EquivalentExperience: 0>2 years
• The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of high school or equivalent is required.
