Job description

Position Overview

International is hiring full-time Material Handlers to join our MParts PNW distribution center in Lakewood, Washington.

This role ensures the correct parts are shipped to help our customers' trucks get back on the road.

Schedule: Monday through Friday.
Starting Pay: $21.00/hr, with performance-based increases every 6 months, up to $26/hr.

Responsibilities

• Receive, bin, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and safely.
• Operate equipment such as Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Dock Trucks, and Forklifts.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and perform climbing, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods.
• Wear safety shoes and eye protection.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

Additional Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (excluding sponsorship).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Stand/walk for 67-100% of the time.
• Climb ladders or stairs.
• Follow instructions and work overtime/flexible hours as needed.

Desired Skills

• Operate electric stock chaser (training provided).
• Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System.
• Certification in Reach Truck, Stock Picker, or Forklift operation.
• Teamwork, integrity, reliability, and time management skills.
