Job summary

M&M Talent Group currently seeks dependable Warehouse / Material Handlers to support daily warehouse and fabrication operations in Katy, TX. You will handle materials, organize inventory, load/unload shipments, and safely move materials throughout the shop or warehouse.

The role requires the ability to lift/move materials, read basic documentation, and follow safety procedures. Forklift experience is preferred, and training on PPE and safety protocols will be provided as needed.

Warehouse / Material Handler

Location: Katy, TX

M&M Talent Group is seeking dependable Warehouse / Material Handlers to support daily warehouse and fabrication operations in Katy, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience handling materials, organizing inventory, loading and unloading shipments, and safely moving materials throughout a shop or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming materials.
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and shipments.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and shop as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment when qualified.
• Pull and stage materials for fabrication and production activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material records.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
• Prepare materials for shipment and ensure items are properly secured.
• Maintain organized storage areas and clearly identify materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Keep the warehouse and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with general shop and material-handling duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, material-handling, or industrial experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and organize materials.
• Ability to read labels, material lists, work orders, and basic documentation.
• Basic computer or inventory-system experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be safety-conscious and willing to follow established procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work around warehouse/shop environments.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment.
