This is a 3rd Shift role at the Greeneville Plant with work hours from 11 pm to 7 am.

Job Description:

• Responsible for daily rack checks, inventory adjustments, and requests for validation of location counts.
• Accurately move materials throughout the plant and trailer locations.
• Cross-train with plant front dock shipping procedures to backfill as needed for vacations/absences.
• Assist in loading/unloading incoming trucks, including UPS and air freight, using hand trucks or lift trucks. Must be able to drive (maneuver) lift trucks with little or no supervision.
• Load various sizes of cartons on trucks to secure safe stacking and maximize yield.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, report unusual conditions, and perform 6S duties in assigned areas.
• Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned by leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the use of computers.
• Punctuality and daily attendance are essential.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and manually lift/move items up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to climb, stand, and walk during shifts.
• Ability to perform both sedentary and physical tasks.
• Ability to read, write legibly, and perform basic math operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current or previous forklift certification.
• Proficiency with hand-held RF units and Oracle R12 for inventory management.
• Ability to navigate the Oracle program.
