This position is located in Frankfort, Indiana, USA, and is an entry-level, full-time role within the machinery manufacturing industry.

Essential Functions

• Perform daily material handling operations using forklifts, including moving raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress throughout the production floor.
• Accurately complete paperwork related to incoming products and customer shipments.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory management as directed.
• Safely operate equipment such as sit-down rider forklifts, electric motor carts, and overhead bridge cranes.

Must complete required training for forklift and crane operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

Position Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Competencies include accuracy, effective communication, problem-solving, technical aptitude, and ability to work under pressure.

Physical Demands

Includes standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, climbing, and bending, with specified weight handling requirements and PPE usage.

Work Environment

Operates in a 24/7 auto parts manufacturing plant specializing in CNC machine work for CV Joints and HUBs.
