Job description

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Material Handler in Frankfort, IN. The position offers $17/hr, with shifts from 4:30am to 1pm Eastern, Monday through Friday.

Overall Purpose

Ensure quality services and support for all assigned site missions.

Reports to

Site Supervisor/Site Leads

Responsibilities

(Includes but not limited to):

Client Relationship & Business Development

• Act as an impartial third party between production and customer to ensure product meets criteria.

Operations

• Sort materials as needed.
• Accurately complete paperwork daily.
• Perform record-keeping and time tracking activities.
• Complete damaged goods or accident reports as required.
• Use warehouse tools and equipment safely.
• Check parts for non-conformance according to work instructions.
• Make pass/fail decisions on non-conforming items.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and pallet jacks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Organization & Management

• Communicate inspection results to managers and production.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Technical Skills

• Perform basic math accurately.
• Complete work instruction training satisfactorily.
• Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Operate computers at an operational level.
• Keep clear and neat records.
• Hold OSHA-certified Powered Industrial Truck Operator certification from TRIGO HT.
• Operate power and hand tools proficiently.
