Spherion Staffing, LLC is hiring Machine Operators for Metalcraft in Fall River, WI. This role involves setting up hydraulic and punch press equipment, loading materials, reading blueprints, and inspecting parts to ensure quality. Training on CNC laser systems is available in a modern plant environment.

The position offers 1st–3rd shifts with a $2/hour premium for 2nd/3rd shifts, 11 paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants must be 18+ and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hydraulic and punch press equipment to meet quality and production standards.
• Load materials, install tooling, and assist with machine setups.
• Read work instructions, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Inspect finished parts and document production and quality information.
• Troubleshoot basic manufacturing and equipment issues and escalate as needed.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Support preventative maintenance activities and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow all plant safety, quality, and production standards.

What You'll Do:

• Team-oriented, dependable, and able to follow instructions effectively
• Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment is a plus
