This range is provided by Boise Cascade Company. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $34,800.00/yr - $64,600.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution yard activities including receiving, storing, and shipping/building loads.
• Operate forklift and ensure load matches order prior to vehicle departure.
• Provide customer service and maintain good housekeeping.
• Follow safety programs and OSHA regulations.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: HS Diploma, GED, or two years of equivalent work experience. Ability to understand and communicate safety and work instructions. Ability to perform in warehouse conditions and all weather.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of building materials, experience with warehouse operations, and forklift operation are a plus.
