Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation in Corona, CA, is seeking a full-time on-site Shipping/Receiving associate to prepare shipping docs, labels, and ERP entries. You will manage finished goods inventory, receive deliveries, and verify packaging and labeling according to SOPs.

The role requires a high school diploma, forklift experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and a 6% performance bonus in a safety-conscious facility.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous shipping/receiving experience including familiarity with UPS and FedEx systems.
  • Experience moving pallets and drums with a forklift.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare shipping documents and product labels.
  • Prepare finished goods products for final shipment by verifying information, labeling, packaging.
  • Accurately complete shipping documentation and data entries within the ERP system.
  • Manage finished goods inventory and overstock items.
  • Receive incoming deliveries and prepare associated paperwork and ERP entries.
  • Understand and follow the SOPs pertaining to the specific area.
  • Understand and follow the work instructions pertaining to the specific area.

Job Type: Full-Time / On-Site

Salary: $21/hr with a 6% bonus

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Prepare shipping documents and product labels.
  • Prepare finished goods products for final shipment by verifying that information on internal document is correct, properly labeled, and in correct packaging and box/bag size.
  • Accurately complete shipping documentation and data entries within the ERP system.
