Our clients are some of the largest enterprise technology users in the world, fueling rapid growth and numerous career opportunities to do well while doing good.Key ResponsibilitiesPhysically sort and organize incoming electronic equipment into designated categories, requiring frequent lifting, movement, and hands-on handlingReceive inbound shipments and verify contents against documentationRegister, log, and track incoming devices in inventory systemsUse RF scanners and warehouse management systems to scan and input data accuratelyPerform inventory control and tracking for all received productsInspect incoming materials for accuracy and conditionOperate basic warehouse equipment and tools safelyCollaborate with team members and warehouse leads to meet daily goalsComplete assigned tasks efficiently within established timeframesRotate across different warehouse areas as neededWork independently with minimal supervisionFollow safety protocols and company proceduresPerform other duties as assignedRequirements (Minimum Qualifications)Entry-level role – prior warehouse experience preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent trainingBasic computer skills (data entry, email, system navigation)Ability to learn and use RF scanners and inventory systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow instructions and meet deadlinesReliable, punctual, and able to work independently1+ year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environmentExperience with RF scanning equipment or warehouse management systemsForklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification)Familiarity with receiving or inventory processesSkills & AttributesPositive attitude and strong work ethicTeam-oriented mindset with good communication skillsDetail-oriented and results-drivenComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to consistently focus on accuracy and qualityFlexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyStanding and walking for extended periodsFrequent use of hands for scanning and handling materialsOUR PASSION IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY!Our success with people directly impacts our success in meeting and surpassing our mission.
