Job summary

Marquee Staffing is seeking a Material Handler for 1st shift on a 3- to 6-month contract. You will pull materials, fulfill line stock requests, and process warehouse transactions to support production and delivery commitments.

Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound inventory and coordinating shipments to our Mexico facility. The role requires handling sensitive electronic components, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Material Handler 1st Shift, 3-6 Month Contract

In this role, you will be responsible for pulling materials, fulfilling line stock requests, processing transactions from warehouse locations, and managing inbound and outbound inventory, including shipments to and from our Mexico facility. Your efforts will keep our supply chain running seamlessly, supporting production and delivery commitments.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in material handling, inventory management, or warehouse operations
• Ability to handle sensitive electronic components, including static and moisture-sensitive items
• Strong physical stamina for standing, twisting, heavy lifting, and stairs
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with warehouse transaction processes and inventory systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with kitting, line stock fulfillment, or packing and shipping electronics
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to handling sensitive materials

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience, especially within electronics or similar industries

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work first-shift hours in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
