Responsibilities include verifying incoming goods, maintaining records, stocking materials, using ERP systems, and performing stock-keeping tasks. The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds and familiarity with Infor LN ERP. Compensation ranges from $22-24 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 months of prior related experience.
• Lift 40 pounds; Prior experience using Infor LN ERP system in inventory support.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping, receiving, storing, counting, kitting and distribution of materials.
• Receive incoming materials, unpack and check goods against purchase orders.
• Verify quantity, weight, and conformance; maintain records of received goods and documents.
• Stock and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines; operate lifting equipment if needed.
• Perform stock-keeping for various materials including raw materials, parts, and office supplies.
• Record transactions in ERP systems and issue requisitions to requesting departments.
• Prepare Assembly Operation Control Book and ensure documentation is entered.
• Weekly purge of expendables per shelf life tracking sheets.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Material Handler.

Position Type: Full-Time Contract
Duration: 4+ months
Location: Bristol, PA, 19007

As a Material Handler you will:

• Perform a variety of physical and administrative tasks to support the shipping, receiving, storing counting, kitting and distribution of materials, parts supplies and equipment, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
• Receives incoming materials, unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders.
• Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated
• Maintains records of received goods, packing sheets, and other documents.
• Stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
• Lifts heavy items and may operate material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of material handling procedures and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
• Receives and verifies the accuracy and conditions of each shipment.
• Performs all stock keeping functions for EEE, metal parts, PWBs, CCAs, raw materials, chemicals, office supplies, and other related materials.
• Performs picking and kitting per parts list. Verifies all related documentation for being accurate and up to date.
• Receives items and verifies against copies of purchase records or other records.
• Records transaction details in ERP system and/or other media as per process\procedures.
• Receives requisitions for items in stockroom, secure correct materials, and issues to requesting department.
• Prepares Assembly Operation Control Book ensuring all relevant documentation is entered.
• Performs weekly purge of expendables in accordance with provided shelf life tracking sheets

Ideal Candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 months of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Lift 40 pounds.
• Prior experience using Infor LN ERP system in an inventory support role

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $22 - $24 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
