Typical day includes loading/unloading materials, order prep, inventory counts, and operating forklifts if certified. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and potential career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or Forklift Operator is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working outside as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move concrete form materials within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (if certified).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Ensure materials are stored properly and safely.
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties.
• Cleaning products using power tools including drills, power scrapers, etc.

What's an average day like as a Material Handler?

• Load, unload, and move concrete form materials within the warehouse
