Job summary

Compunnel Inc. is seeking a Material Handler II to support production by ensuring uninterrupted material flow and accurate material movement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires attention to detail, ERP experience (Oracle preferred), and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will perform inventory transactions, maintain records, and collaborate with production teams to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or stockroom environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Experience performing cycle counts and inventory-related activities.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions, documents, forms, reports, and logs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly share information with coworkers and management.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure continuous production flow by moving materials required for manufacturing operations.
  • Perform accurate inventory transactions for materials placed into storage and transferred to production lines.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, logs, and documentation related to material movement and inventory activities.
  • Support daily production requirements by delivering materials to designated work areas.
  • Follow established procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements while completing assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with department managers, group leaders, and production teams to address material needs and operational issues.
  • Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counting and material tracking.
  • Inspect, handle, and manipulate materials using proper handling techniques.
  • Safely move, pull, lift, and transfer products weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following manufacturing procedures.

Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counting and material tracking. Inspect, handle, and manipulate materials using proper handling techniques. Safely move, pull, lift, and transfer products weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following manufacturing procedures.
