Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Warehouse/Material Handler in Apex, NC on 1st shift. This temp-to-hire role supports receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping in a fast-paced distribution setting.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, assist with material staging, and ensure accurate labeling and order accuracy. The position requires reliability, basic computer/ERP familiarity, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with pulling and staging materials, verifying inventory, and supporting packaging efforts when needed
• Load and unload trucks
• Package orders for outgoing deliveries as well as ensure they are properly labeled
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility

Requirements

• Previous warehouse/distribution experience required
• Must have experience operating pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams
• Comfortable using computers, shipping systems, or ERP software for order tracking and documentation
• Must have high school diploma/GED equivalent
• Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug test
