Forbes Bros Group of Companies is seeking a Groundman - Material to assist in material yards, load/unload material, and ensure accurate counts. You will follow safety protocols and assist with site setup, inspections, and general housekeeping across projects in North America.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, able to travel, and willing to work overtime and weekends to meet project schedules. Base pay ranges between 17 and 22 USD per hour, depending on location and experience.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• General knowledge of material handling and inventory tracking.
• Punctual and able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to identify hazards and follow safety protocols.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Mansioni

• Adhering to Forbes Bros Occupational Health and Safety rules and regulations.
• Carry and move materials as needed.
• Operating small equipment and hand tools.
• Spotting for vehicles and equipment.
• Site setup and cleanup, ensuring trash, debris and potentially dangerous materials from the material yards are removed.
• Assisting other crew members with loading and unloading materials either by hand or equipment.
• Perform material counts.
• Inspect incoming material for damage or shortages.
• Perform additional groundman duties as assigned.
