Job summary

Super Products is seeking Warehouse Workers for our Mukwonago, WI facility. You will load, unload, and move materials, ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting production needs.

The role requires standing for long periods, operating a forklift, and lifting up to 40 lbs. We offer day-one medical, dental and vision, 1st shift hours, profit sharing, uniforms, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K matching and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Licensed forklift operator or ability to become licensed.
• Lean Principles knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of pull systems and NPD processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep assembly line(s) running by ensuring materials are supplied where and when needed.
• Transport inventory from dock to line(s) and delivery to the correct location.
• Monitor shortage boards and coordinate with purchasing/receiving to retrieve parts on schedule.
• Respond to Andon lights for shortages.
• Assist in monitoring long lead time items and off cycle counts.
• Move non-conforming parts to NCM rack.
• Assist in lifting large items onto trucks/chassis.
• Light assembly of subcomponents.
• Remove trash and excess pallets from the area.
• Operate forklift or manually unload materials.
• Update expedite boards throughout the day.
