Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Stockroom support professional to assist in material movements and control tasks. You will accurately handle the physical movement of material and complete system transactions to support production schedules.

Responsibilities include coordinating material flow, using RF scanners, and maintaining organization of bin management and FIFO processes. You will also assist with cycle counts and proper disposal of scrap components as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information to groups of managers and customers.
• Ability to define problems, gather data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficient with Windows OS and related software.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Jabil software packages.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and understand visual aids.
• Ability to follow simple instructions with minimal variables.
• Ability to read and understand short communications and memos.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of material to manufacturing areas to support production schedules.
• Physically move materials and complete system transactions as required.
• Perform material movements to shipping, prep, and offices as needed.
• Use RF scanners for ERP transactions.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain Bin Management and FIFO processes.
• Return unused materials to stock with RF systems.
• Dispose of scrap components properly and safely.
• Pull materials for purges from stock.
