Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Material Flow Coordinator in Seguin, TX, for a first-shift role paying $18.00 per hour. You will oversee material flow, inventory accuracy, and coordination with production to meet customer and production requirements.

Key responsibilities include managing material records, prioritizing work based on demand, and generating work orders for technicians. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential in this fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, quality, logistics, or materials coordination experience.
• Experience supporting OEM customers and supplier communications.
• ERP/WMS familiarity is preferred.
• Knowledge of quality systems and non-conforming material procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, track, and maintain inventory records for materials under inspection and rework.
• Prioritize material flow based on production demands and priorities.
• Generate work orders and provide tools/equipment for technicians.
• Respond to urgent requests, adjusting priorities to hot-part needs.
• Coordinate material pulls with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Perform material transactions in ERP/WMS systems.
• Verify and track non-conforming material documentation and disposition.
• Enter inspection results and labor hours into company systems.
• Act as a primary liaison between operations, quality, warehouse, and OEM contacts.
• Communicate material status and constraints to stakeholders.
• Monitor workflow to avoid bottlenecks and support schedules.
• Support continuous improvement in material flow and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
