Job summary

International Medical Industries, Inc. is seeking a qualified Material Handler to oversee the flow of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods from receipt to final approval, ensuring alignment with production needs. The role includes data entry and adherence to established standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be proficient in English, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with medical device manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record stock inventory levels and report variances.
• Understand warehouse and material movement process flow.
• Operate pallet jack to move material within warehouse and APO.
• Basic data entry into the ERP system, assigning and returning material.
• Read, understand and follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Communicate effectively and escalate issues to production lead or supervisor.
• Exercise good judgment and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Maintain attendance in good standing and a positive work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
