Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Material Handler II to coordinate material movements, ensure inventory accuracy, and support manufacturing operations. You will use ERP systems, RF scanners, forklifts, and FIFO practices to maintain smooth material flow.

The role requires at least three years in material handling or inventory control, SAP experience preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Candidates must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in material handling, inventory control, or manufacturing support.
• Experience working within ERP systems; SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners for inventory transactions.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience; certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material movements across receiving, warehouse, production, and shipping.
• Perform inventory transactions in ERP systems using RF scanners.
• Support production through material staging and line-side replenishment.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Maintain inventory organization using FIFO and proper bin management.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Inventory Control, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
