Simpson Strong-Tie Company Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Gallatin, TN for 1st shift (Mon-Thu 5:00 am – 3:30 pm) with overtime as needed. The role focuses on moving materials, staging bins, and accurate inventory checks within Packaging.

The candidate will operate forklifts or reach trucks, locate products in racks, and verify counts on raw and finished goods. Physical work and safety protocols are emphasized in a loud, active environment.

Qualifications

• You will operate and move materials within the packaging area.
• Ability to handle physical work and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Move material in and out of the department (70%).
• Stage bins and wire for nail and screw manufacturing (15%).
• Locate all products removed from the department in the designated rack (10%).
• Verify counts on raw and finished goods (5%).
