Job summary

The AZEK Company in Wilmington, OH is seeking a Material Handler to safely stage, move, and organize raw materials and finished goods within a 24/7 manufacturing setting. Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, you will help maintain material flow and ensure a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include forklift operations, daily inspections, loading/unloading, and supporting maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet qualification and certification requirements through TRAK Program.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime or adjusted schedules to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Safely stage, transport, and organize materials and finished products.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and operate equipment safely.
• Ensure production teams have necessary materials to maintain efficiency.
• Transport finished products to storage locations using inventory procedures.
• Assist with wrapping, banding, and moving finished goods as needed.
• Support loading of regrind materials into silos or bags.
• Assist with grinder operation and basic maintenance activities.
• Stage bins, skids, and raw materials to support production schedules.
• Assist with cardboard recycling and waste management initiatives.
• Load and unload trucks with Receiving Department support.
• Monitor silo levels to ensure adequate supply for production.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
