Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Integration Manager to lead material flow engineering and supply chain optimization in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role focuses on improving end-to-end material flow, implementing automation solutions, optimizing warehouse and factory layouts, and guiding cross-functional engineering projects.

Responsibilities include leading automation initiatives, leveraging AutoCAD for layouts, and collaborating with MES/MRP/WMS systems to enhance operations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in material flow, supply chain, or logistics engineering within high-volume manufacturing.
• 5+ years of leadership or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MES/MRP/WMS, and material handling automation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end material flow processes.
• Lead automation initiatives involving AGVs, ASRS, and conveyor systems.
• Develop warehouse and factory layouts using AutoCAD.
• Improve logistics, inventory, and material replenishment strategies.
• Work with MES, MRP, and WMS systems to enhance operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
