Job summary

Responsibilities include labeling resins, ensuring lines feed properly, loading materials, assisting with dew point readings and grinding, and setting up presses after mold changes. Schedule: 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:00pm, $17.00/hr. Full-Time, Evaluation to Hire.

Qualifications

• Hi-Lo license and safe operation required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of the material feed system.
• General knowledge of the injection molding process.

Responsibilities

• Identify all resins and label according to weight, date, and material type.
• Ensure all material lines are hooked up and feeding properly.
• Load all material correctly.
• Assist in dew point readings and in grinding parts.
• Clean grinders and set up on the presses that are running.
• Ensure material dryers are at proper temperature and hoses are secured.
• Perform housekeeping duties as required.
• Maintain all equipment associated with the material feed system.
• Set up presses after mold changes.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
